* We bill per active (non-archived) system user
* TeamHub Pro is optional and attracts an ADDITIONAL R325pm per "company" - see :doc:`Plans <plans>`
* A minimum monthly fee of R119pm
* Pricing is tiered to ensure we remain competetitive for our larger customers (500+ users)
* We have flexible payment plans and can bill:

  * Monthly | Pay by EFT/Xero
  * Annually | NGO's and Non-Profits
  * **Debit Order** | Preferred

Cancellations are one calendar month — although we don't have many :)
