Teams

Team setup should to mimic your organizational structure. Every team has one **mandatory** Team Lead (manager) and an *optional* Final Approver.

All requests for team members need to be approved by the Team Lead (and then possibly the Final Approver).

A team lead can manage multiple teams and can belong to another team 'higher' up your organizations heirarchy.
