TeamHub works as a progressive web app on smartphones and tablets. Employees and approvers can book leave, check balances, and review requests from any device — no app store required.

Log In

Use the same username and password as the desktop version.

Dashboard

The dashboard provides quick access to your most common actions.

Booking Leave

Leave can be booked through the same form as the desktop app, optimised for touch input.

Approving Leave

Leave requests are listed with all the relevant detail. Tables are horizontally scrollable so that all columns remain accessible on smaller screens.

Installing the App

Navigate to https://app.teamhub.co.za (or your Pro instance, e.g. https://yourcompany.teamhub.co.za) in Chrome or Safari on your smartphone, then select Add to Home Screen from the browser menu.

The app will appear as an icon on your device’s home screen and will launch in full-screen mode. It updates automatically — no manual updates are required.
