Calendars

TeamHub includes a built-in calendar as well as support for public holiday calendars and custom company calendars.

Built-In Calendar

The built-in calendar displays:

  • Leave in Approved and Under Review status

  • Employee birthdays

  • Public holidays

The calendar provides a shared, real-time view of team availability and is accessible to all users based on their role and company settings.

Public Holiday Calendars

Public holiday calendars can be associated with individual leave types so that public holidays are automatically excluded from the day count when leave is booked. Multiple country calendars are supported, and different leave types can use different calendars.

Custom Calendar

Each company can define one custom calendar to mark organisation-specific non-working days — for example, a mandatory closure period between Christmas and New Year. Custom calendar entries are applied in addition to the standard public holiday calendars.
