Browser Support

TeamHub supports all reasonably recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. Chrome is recommended for the best experience, and is used by the majority of our users.

Internet Explorer is not supported. As of 1 June 2019, no version of Internet Explorer — including IE11 — is supported. Modern web applications require modern browsers.

Reporting a Browser Issue

When reporting a problem, please include as much of the following as possible:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • The date and time it occurred

  • Screenshots

  • Steps to reproduce the problem

  • Your browser name and version

  • Any firewall or internet proxy details (corporate networks sometimes use packet inspection that can affect web applications)

  • Browser console logs
