Browser Support¶

We support all reasonably recent (few years old) versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. In general we suggest Chrome unless you have a specific reason to not use it. 70% of our users are using this browser and you will likely have the best experience with it.

We no longer support Internet Explorer 11¶

As of 2019/06/01 we no longer support any version of IE - including IE11.

Please see below for some of our reasoning:

Modern web apps require modern browsers.

We are “… putting energy into optimizing the website for the largest audience, fastest load times, and best features.”

“Worst of all, making sure everything is compatible with IE11 takes extra time on the part of the developer. So your development team is spending more time to make a website that isn’t as good.”

“I don’t know about you, but “bare minimum of functionality” isn’t in our mission statement.”

Browser Errors¶

Web applications operate in a complex environment so please include as much information as possible. At a bare minimum:

A clear description of the issue
Time and date of occurence
Screenshot(s)
Steps to reproduce
Exact browser and version
Firewall and/or internet proxy details (corporate networks often employ packet sniffing technology which can impact modern web apps)
Console logs from your browser
