Reporting

TeamHub provides a range of reports to help administrators monitor leave, balances, and system activity.

Available Reports

  • Balances — Current and back-dated leave balances per employee.

  • Sick Leave Cycles — Sick leave cycles and running balances per employee.

  • Leave — A comprehensive view of all leave in the system, with filtering by employee, type, date range, and status.

  • Audit — A full record of every transaction made in the system.

  • Users — Employee profile and account information.

All reports support extensive filtering options and can be exported for use in external tools.

Audit Reports

The audit report provides a complete, tamper-evident history of all changes made to your account. It is available from the Reports section of the main navigation.
