Importing

TeamHub supports bulk importing of the following data from spreadsheets:

1. Users — Employee profiles and all associated data.

2. Teams — Team reporting structures.

3. Existing leave — Historical leave from a previous system or manually captured records.

Importing is included at no additional cost on the Pro Plan. On the Standard Plan, a once-off flat fee applies — please contact Support for pricing.

Important

All data in the import file must be accurate. Typos, duplicate entries, invalid dates, or invalid balances will cause the import to be rejected. Please review the file carefully before submitting.
