• Billing is per active (non-archived) user in the system.

• A minimum monthly fee of R199 applies.

• The TeamHub Pro add-on is billed at an additional R499 per month per company — see Plans.

• Pricing is tiered to remain competitive for larger organisations (500+ users).

• Flexible billing cycles are available:

  • Monthly — pay by EFT, Xero, or Yoco

  • Annually — available for NGOs and non-profit organisations

  • Debit order — the preferred option for most customers
