Birthdays

TeamHub displays employee birthdays on the built-in calendar.

A birthday is determined as follows:

• If the employee’s ID number is a valid South African ID number, the date of birth is extracted from it automatically.

• If the ID number is not a standard South African ID number, or is not provided, the Birthday field on the employee’s profile is used instead.

Birthdays are visible to team leads and administrators based on company settings.
