The TeamHub Pro plan adds the following to the Standard plan:

  1. A custom subdomain — for example, https://yourcompany.teamhub.co.za

  2. Your own high-resolution logo and custom colour theme

  3. Free initial setup and data import from spreadsheet

  4. Automatic leave forfeiture and balance capping

  5. A dedicated hosted instance for best performance

  6. Google Calendar (Google Workspace) integration

  7. REST API access

  8. Prioritised support with faster response times

  9. A dedicated account manager

The custom theme carries through consistently across both the web and mobile experience.

Logo and Colour Requirements

To set up your custom branding, provide the following:

  1. A high-resolution company logo (at least 1000 px wide) with a transparent background in PNG or PSD format, suitable for use on dark backgrounds.

  2. A single accent colour in HEX or RGB format used for highlights and buttons.
